Through our Marine Claims department, our services are orientated towards the management of all types of damage to goods which could have occurred during their handling, storage and transportation; with the intervention of an extensive network of Marine Surveyors who, in an independent and objective manner, take into account the evidence of the facts, determine the causes of the damage and certify the incidents. This can occur in any part of the world, fulfilling the labour of the necessary link in the chain of the claim. Amongst our clients are insurance and reinsurance companies, mediators, importers and exporters, transporters, shippers, forwarding agents and other logistics companies.

AVIATION
In the aviation field we have a work team formed by experts who explore the adjustment of the loss, the causes and the circumstances of the claim, be it of a technical nature or an operational nature.
We carry out accident investigations, management of the aircraft wreckage, salvage, verifications, market valuations, studies of the damage and their valuation.
Our team counts on high qualification and experience in the sector, having carried out interventions in General Aviation, Executive Aviation, Commercial Aviation, Light Aircraft, Ultralight Aviation, and Military Aviation, as much on national territory as on foreign territory.
We have analytic tools, as well as the necessary means to carry out our relocations with immediate effect, relying on the availability of aircrafts which can carry out urgent displacements. At the forefront of the market, our technicians are backed up by COMISMAR DRONE Services, to recognize the damage and analysis of causes. We can obtain images from a height of the area of the incident which provide us with a better and more precise perspective at the time of their examination, without the need for long and complex tracking nor the use of aerial means. This tool optimizes the performance of our services and makes them more efficient, considerably reducing their cost and increasing their quality.
Our rigour and independence prevail in each intervention, with at least two technicians being designated to all matters. The team studies each of the interventions conducted, carrying out discussion panels relating to relevant matters which improve criteria and results.
